Linda Rice Bailey

Linda has been with Waldman Graphics/CRW Graphics for over 22 years. Her background is graphic design, with a degree from York College of Fine Art and Design. Linda enjoys riding her Morgan horse, playing a respectable round of golf and, of course, working with her incredible customers and getting their projects to press on time and on budget.

Ron Bauman

Over 10 years experience in commercial printing and graphic arts manufacturing consulting, Ron started out with two years of production and project management before transitioning to a business development role. Over the years, Ron has consulted with large and small organizations on projects ranging from stationery and corporate identity, collateral marketing materials, direct mail, as well as those involving web-to-print and variable data imaging.

Kathy Chinnici

Kathy has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and management at a division of a Fortune 100 corporation, a large advertising agency and several printing companies. She has a demonstrated track record in creating, developing, executing and managing successful strategies that produce continued growth of sales, revenue and market share for CRW and her accounts. She has a proven ability to initiate relationships, maintain and grow customer relationships, successfully partner and advise her accounts to help them grow their business, source new opportunities, and secure new business. Kathy is a graduate of The College of the Holy Cross and received a 2 year Marketing Certificate at the University Of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business.

Steve Cutillo

Steve is a former art major that also worked at his family printing business. Early in his career, Steve's responsibilities included type-setting and operating letterpress equipment. Eventually, he was schooled and trained in the more modern field of offset printing while employed as a pressman throughout the Philadelphia area. His experience at Hurst Performance Inc. helped Steve evolve into a knowledgeable print department manager and print and paper buyer. With his skills in product photography and darkroom management, Steve managed the production of creating PR photos for racing events and photos for the new "Jaws of Life" in action. After 17 years of sales at Centennial Printing Corporation, Steve joined CRW in 1999.

Ernie Feldgus

Ernie has been in the field of high quality sheet-fed lithography for over 40 years. First starting at Harrison Color Process which then "evolved" to Phototype Color Graphics by way of a merger of the two companies, Ernie joined CRW Graphics in 2001. He has a strong background in technology and production which has proven to be very valuable to his clients. He is married, has 2 daughters and resides in Solebury Township Bucks County, PA.

Will Glassman

Will has been active in the world of graphic communications for over 35 years. Will began his career at Philadelphia's largest graphic design firm and went on to Revere Press, Baum Printing and Phototype before his nine-year tenure at CRW. Will is married with two children and resides in the East Falls section of Philadelphia.

Helen Karol

Attention to detail, juggling multiple tasks, managing various deadlines are skills Helen acquired from years of raising children and working inside a print shop (since 1988) as a production planner/customer service rep. Switching to sales in 1999 gave her the opportunity to meet new folks and work with great people to see concepts become reality - the true reward of being an account executive for CRW Graphics.

Joan McCormac

Joan is a University of Delaware graduate with a B.S. in Communications. She has been in the printing industry for over 20 years honing her skills in customer service, sales, fulfillment and project management. Joan believes that the secret to a good relationship with her clients is one of mutual respect, attention to detail, problem solving and always being accessible.

Dean Pugh

Dean brings decades of printing experience to the table. His background includes the requisite laundry list of varied machine and desk jobs. He was VP of Operations for Spectracolor in Cherry Hill, NJ, until he joined CRW in 1995. Challenges make his day. He can probably answer just about any unusual question about printing and mailing, and has a knack for building on clients' ideas to improve the effectiveness of a project, often at a cost savings. He buffers your frustrations with ever-changing print technologies and keeps abreast of the US Postal Service updates for the mailing business which seem to crop up when least expected. He is married (Teri is a Customer Service Rep at CRW), has one daughter and a granddaughter, and resides in Mt. Laurel, NJ.

Rich Quiqley

Rich is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachleor's degree in Graphics Design. He was employed by the Hay Group followed by W.B. Saunders in the design departments. Rich moved onto small ad agency as production/traffic manager prior to working at Waldman Graphics which later became CRW Graphics. With over 18 years experience at CRW Graphics, Rich is married with two college age daughters.

Mark Rubin

Mark has over 25 years experience in the printing industry, and is third generation in a printing family. He started working in the pressroom and bindery while in college. Upon finishing, Mark came back to printing taking his career to the next level specializing in print production. With a strong background working hands on in the bindery, pressroom, and in print production, he brings an unmatched level of experience. Mark brings the highest level of integrity along with a strong desire to get the job done right. His strengths are consultative selling, account management, cross media applications, marketing and financial analysis.
