With the introduction and planning of the upscale 10 Rittenhouse Square condominium building in Philadelphia, the developers contracted with The Brownstein Group (TBG) to create and produce their advertising and collateral material.
TBG’s plan for the flagship-marketing piece was a “coffee table” style book that denoted the life style of living on Rittenhouse Square.Appropriately,the client and agency decided on a square format that would open to a double gatefold center spread showing the view from a penthouse unit during each of the four seasons.
That’s when the agency brought in CRW to help plan the project. Mindful of their budget,TBG was looking for a large format - 11” square – that would feature the double gate and
still fit on a 40-inch press. The solution was unique - gather two six-page signatures with a
four-page signature and the cover allowing the illusion of a continuous 44” center spread.
We completed the job by side-stitching with a color coordinated spine wrap and engraved
front cover. The text pages were printed in four-color process with two special match
colors, overall satin aqueous coating and spot matte UV coating.
With upfront planning and execution, this project helped the developer pre-sell eighty
percent of the units before they broke ground.
