Harriet Weiss, CEO  

Harriet was President of Newtown/CPC from 1979 to 1999. During that time, Newtown grew from $1.5 million in sales to $29 million in revenues and a very solid bottom line. She is now Chairman and CEO of CRW Graphics. Ms. Weiss has a BS and MSW from Temple University. She serves on the Board and Executive Committee of United Way and is a trustee of the University of the Arts as well as a board member of other civic organizations.

Mark Weiss, President of CRW Graphics and ColorQuick.com  

Mark is President of CRW Graphics and President of ColorQuick.com. He has a BA in Sociology from Emory University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. From 1984 to 1987, Mark was a Marketing Director for McDonnell Douglas Truck Leasing. In 1987, Mark joined Composing Room as Marketing Manager. He was General Manager when that company acquired the fixed assets of Waldman Graphics. Mark has been instrumental in developing our cutting edge technology and has a number of patents pending. Mark is a trustee of the Boys Clubs of Philadelphia.

Jon Conant General Manager  

Jon started as the Newtown Director of Operations for 12 years. Jon was responsible for operating performance of Newtown's three locations. Now General Manager of CRW, Jon has a BA in Economics from Lake Forest College and an MBA from Harvard University. He serves on the Board of Outward Bound.

Dick Weissman, Executive VP  

Dick was President of Spectra Graphics from 1987 to 2000. During that time, Spectra Graphics grew from $15 million to $42 million and was a profit leader in the direct mail field. In 1999, Spectra was sold to Transcontinental Printing. Dick re-joined our organization in 2001 as Executive Vice President and has been instrumental in the marketing development of CRW's web-enabled workflow products. He has a BS and MBA from Temple University. He serves on the Board of Commonwealth Insurance Company.

Will Glassman, VP for Sales and Marketing  

Will has been active in the world of graphic communications for over 35 years. Will began his career at Philadelphia's largest graphic design firm and went on to Revere Press, Baum Printing and Phototype before his nine-year tenure at CRW. Will is married with two children and resides in the East Falls section of Philadelphia.

Rich Quigley Customer Service Manager  

Rich is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachleor's degree in Graphics Design. He was employed by the Hay Group followed by W.B. Saunders in the design departments. Rich moved onto small ad agency as production/traffic manager prior to working at Waldman Graphics which later became CRW Graphics. With over 18 years experience at CRW Graphics, Rich is married with two college age daughters.
